The LUXQ series Precession vortex flowmeter is a new generation of intelligent flowmeter that integrates flow rate, temperature, and pressure detection functions, and can automatically compensate for temperature, pressure, and compression factor.
Working principle:
When the fluid flowing along the axial direction enters the inlet of the flowmeter, the spiral blades force the fluid to undergo rotational motion, resulting in a spiral flow at the center of the vortex generator. The vortex flow spirals in the Venturi tube and reaches the contraction section, where it is forced to undergo a second spiral rotation due to the backflow effect. At this point, the rotational frequency of the vortex flow is proportional to the velocity of the medium and is linear. The weak charge signals detected by two piezoelectric sensors are simultaneously amplified, filtered, and shaped by a preamplifier, and then converted into two pulse signals with frequencies proportional to the flow rate for comparison and judgment. Interference signals are removed, and together with the temperature and pressure signals detected by the temperature and pressure sensors fixed on the housing, they are sent to an intelligent integrator for processing to obtain flow rate and related data.
The accumulation formula for a vortex flowmeter is: K=f/qv;
In the formula,:
K: Flow meter instrument coefficient, pulse count/m3;
f: Vortex frequency, HZ;
qv: Volume flow rate, m3/s

Characteristic:
It has integrated temperature and pressure compensation function, built-in temperature and pressure sensors for temperature and pressure compensation and compression factor correction, and measures the standard volume flow rate and total standard volume of gas.
High measurement accuracy, wide measurement range, and a range ratio of over 20:1.
Adopting advanced circuit design, the whole machine has powerful functions and superior performance.
The flowmeter calibrator can rotate 180 degrees for easy installation.
It has three recording functions to choose from: start stop recording, diary recording, and fixed time interval recording.
·The integrator adopts advanced low-power technology, and both internal and external power sources can work, resulting in low overall power consumption.
·By adopting dual piezoelectric crystal sensor technology and utilizing a new type of sensor detection circuit, the measurement becomes more accurate and reliable.
·Two piezoelectric ceramic patches are encapsulated inside the detection probe.
·It adopts floating-point operations and automatic correction of eight segment instrument coefficients, and has fault self diagnosis and alarm functions.
·No mechanical movable parts, not easy to corrode, high reliability, good stability, long-term operation without maintenance.
·The instrument as a whole has explosion-proof function and can be used in corresponding explosive hazardous areas.
