1. Product Overview

This series of flow meters is suitable for a variety of low to medium viscosity fluids, such as water, paint, alcohols, adhesives, gasoline, diesel, heavy oil, and chemical solvents. It can continuously or intermittently measure the liquid flow rate in pipelines, making it particularly suitable for small and micro flow measurement in fields such as university and research laboratory experiments, testing benches, material ratios, quantitative filling, quantitative spraying, atomization systems, and industrial automation systems.

2. Selection and classification

This series of products is divided into medium low temperature type and high temperature resistant type according to their temperature resistance. The medium low temperature type can be divided into three models, I, II, III, from large to small, according to the measured flow rate. Various parameter requirements such as accuracy level, range ratio, pressure level, etc. can be customized according to protocol.

Medium low temperature type:

The reading accuracy is as high as 0.5%, with a flow range from 5L to 800L/H. The range ratio can refer to diesel calibration and can be selected as 40:1, 50:1, or 60:1 (1.0 level accuracy), 20:1 (0.5 level accuracy). The shell and gear materials can be selected from 304/316L, with a working temperature range of -43 to 100 ℃ and a pressure rating of PN160 (16MPa) or higher.

High temperature type:

The reading accuracy is as high as 0.5%, with a flow range from 25L to 500L/H. The range ratio can refer to diesel calibration and can be selected as 20:1 (level 1 accuracy) or 10:1 (level 0.5 accuracy). The shell and gear materials can be selected from 304/316L or carbon steel for the shell and cast iron for the rotor, with a working temperature range of -43 to 200 ℃ and a pressure resistance of up to 10MPa. Equipped with an intelligent integrated electronic counter, it achieves on-site display and various standard signal output and communication functions.
