Precise Measurement Principle
The product relies on the Coriolis force principle to achieve precise metering while simultaneously calculating the medium’s density:
- Density Measurement: The resonant frequency of the measuring tube changes in response to the density of the fluid inside. By capturing these frequency variations, the flow meter accurately calculates the density value of the medium.
- Mass Flow Calculation: As the fluid flows through the vibrating measuring tubes, it generates a Coriolis force that creates a phase difference between the two sides of the tubes. This phase difference is directly proportional to the mass flow rate of the medium, thereby enabling high-precision mass flow calculation.
