Introduction to the Micro Series Oval Gear Flowmeter

1. Product Overview
This series of flowmeters is suitable for a variety of medium, low and high viscosity fluids, such as water, paint, alcohol, glue, gasoline, diesel, heavy oil and chemical solvents. It can continuously or intermittently measure the liquid flow meter in the pipeline, especially suitable for small and micro flow measurement in the fields of university and research institute experiments, test benches, material proportioning, quantitative filling, quantitative spraying, atomization systems and industrial automation systems.

2. Model selection and classification
This series of products is divided into medium and low temperature type and high temperature resistant type according to the temperature resistance. The medium and low temperature type can be divided into three types, I, II and III, from large to small according to the measured flow size. Various parameter requirements such as accuracy level, range ratio, pressure level, etc. can be customized by agreement.

Medium and low temperature type: reading accuracy up to 0.5%, flow range from 5L to 800L/H, range ratio can refer to diesel calibration and can be selected as 40:1, 50:1 or 60:1 (1.0 level accuracy), 20:1 (0.5 level accuracy). The shell and gear materials can be selected from 304/316L, the operating temperature range is -43 to 100℃, and the pressure level can reach PN160 (16MPa) or above.

High temperature type: reading accuracy up to 0.5%, flow range from 25L to 500L/H, range ratio can refer to diesel calibration and can be selected from 20:1 (1 level accuracy), 10:1 (0.5 level accuracy). The shell and gear materials can be selected from 304/316L or shell carbon steel, rotor cast iron, the operating temperature range is -43 to 200℃, and the pressure resistance can reach 10MPa. Equipped with intelligent integrated electronic counter to realize on-site display and various standard signal output and communication functions.
