Table of Contents
To adapt to the unique operating conditions onboard ships, Hefei Jingda Instruments has launched marine oval gear flowmeters. With their high precision and stability, these flowmeters are ideal for these special marine operating conditions. The oval gear rotor within the metering chamber of this series of positive displacement flowmeters forms a crescent-shaped volume with a fixed displacement. By calculating the volume of this standard fixed displacement, accurate flow measurement is achieved.

1. Product Overview
This series of flowmeters is primarily suitable for shipboard operating conditions with special requirements. It can continuously or intermittently measure liquid flow in pipelines and is particularly suitable for vertical installation or gravity flow conditions. It can be configured with either a mechanical counter or an electronic digital display, and can also be equipped with a heat sink for use in high-temperature environments.

2. Model Selection and Classification
This series of flowmeters is available in nominal diameters from DN10 to DN25, with a flow range of 25 L/h to 6 m³/h. The range ratio is selectable to 20:1 based on diesel calibration, and accuracy levels up to 0.2 are available. The housing and oval gear are available in carbon steel or cast iron, with pressure ratings up to PN40 (4.0 MPa). Accuracy, range, pressure rating, and other parameters can be customized by agreement.

3. Product Features
This marine flowmeter offers high measurement accuracy, excellent repeatability, high sensitivity, stable performance, reliable structure, ultra-low pressure drop, wide range, and low operating noise.
Hefei Jingda’s marine oval gear flowmeters are designed to meet the demanding conditions onboard ships, providing high precision, stability, and reliability. With customizable specifications, compact design, and options for different displays and materials, they are well-suited for accurate liquid flow measurement in marine applications, even under high-temperature, vertical, or gravity flow conditions.
