The VA series vortex flowmeter is a flow measurement instrument designed and manufactured with advanced national technology.
The product has stable and reliable performance and has obtained multiple national patents.
The product production strictly complies with the national industry standard JB/T9249-2015 “Vortex Flow Meter” and the national metrological verification regulation JJG1029-2007 “Vortex Flow Meter Verification Regulation”.
Working principle:
Vortex flowmeter is a type of flowmeter designed and manufactured using the Karman vortex principle and modern electronic technology. The frequency of vortex occurrence is proportional to the velocity of the fluid, and under certain conditions, it conforms to the formula: f=St × v/d.
Frequency of vortex occurrence; V flow rate; D Three angle width; St Strohal constant

The fluid vortex generates alternating pressure behind the triangular column, which is detected by a piezoelectric sensor and amplified by a preamplifier to become a standard electrical signal output. By detecting the separation frequency of the vortex, the flow velocity and volumetric flow rate of the fluid inside the pipeline can be measured.
Characteristic:
1.The measurement medium has a wide range and can measure gases, liquids, and vapors.
2.The structure is simple and sturdy, with no movable parts, high reliability, and low pressure loss.
3.High measurement accuracy, wide measurement range, and a range ratio of over 20:1.
4.Adopting advanced circuit design, the whole machine has powerful functions and superior performance.
5.Unique seismic dynamic piezoelectric sensor technology improves the ability to resist vibration interference.
6.It has an integrated temperature and pressure compensation function, with built-in temperature and pressure sensors to detect the temperature and pressure of the medium, perform automatic compensation, and automatically correct the compression factor.
7.Two piezoelectric ceramic patches are encapsulated inside the detection probe.
