Accurate Oval Gear Flowmeter for Continuous Measurement of Liquid Flow in Pipeline
1.Oval Gear Flowmeter is a high precision measuring instrument for continuous measurement of liquid flow in pipeline.
2.Oval Gear Flowmeter has a large range, small pressure loss, viscosity adaptability, can measure high temperature, high viscosity liquid, easy calibration, easy installation and many other advantages, is the representative product of positive displacement flowmeter.
Accuracy class:
class 0.5, class 0.2
Ambient temperature:
-40℃~60℃
Medium temperature:
-20℃~+60℃, under high temperature adjustment, the heat sink can be reached by adding high temperature 60℃~200℃.
Signal output:
4-20mA analog signal, pulse signal, RS485, HART, etc. are available for selection.
The LC series Oval Gear Flowmeter, optional intelligent electronic counter, can directly read the total accumulation of flow on the flowmeter, instantaneous flow. After external power supply, pulse and current signal can be output, HART communication and RS485 communication output can also be realized; An optional mechanical counter can directly display the cumulative flow of liquid flowing through the pipe. For different liquids (acid, alkali, salt, organic solution, etc.) flow meters can be selected from different materials (cast iron, cast steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc.).
The LC series Oval Gear Flowmeter is suitable for flow measurement in petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, transportation, commerce, food, medicine and other industrial sectors.
The application scope is very wide.
Structure and Operation Principle:
The Oval Gear Flowmeter consists of a flow transmitter and a counting mechanism. The main part of the transmitter is composed of a measuring chamber equipped with a pair of elliptical gear rotors and a sealing coupling. The counting mechanism includes decelerating mechanism, precision adjusting mechanism, counter and electric pulse transmitter and other components.
