Enhance the quality of special equipment products to meet the challenges of new standards

In the pursuit of excellence, Hefei Jingda Instrumentation has always been in the forefront of the industry. 2024, November 6, Anhui Province Special Equipment Testing Institute visited our company to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of quality assurance of pressure piping components. This evaluation is not only the affirmation of our existing work, but also points out the direction of our future improvement.

Training and upgrading to meet new challenges.
Immediately after, November 7 to 8, we quickly responded to send quality assurance engineers, welding responsible person and the relevant responsible person to the Anhui Provincial Special Equipment Inspection Institute, to participate in the “Pressure Equipment Welding Process Evaluation” (NB/T 47014-2023), “Pressure Vessel Welding Procedure” (NB/T 47015-2023), “Mechanical Properties of Welded Specimens of Pressure Equipment Products Tests” (NB/T 47016-2023) training. Mr. Fang Wunong, the first drafter of these three standards, personally gave a lecture and brought us a feast of knowledge. Through this study, our quality assurance engineers and responsible people have a deeper understanding of the new standards, laying a solid foundation for the follow-up work.
Resolute implementation, improve product quality.
Returning from the study, we are full of confidence and immediately start to convert the existing process evaluation according to the new standard. In the actual production process, we will resolutely implement the new standards to ensure that every link meets the requirements, and constantly improve the company’s special equipment product level.
